Our machines are custom-made by K2A – also a member of the Acrotec Group – and allow us to ensure the assembly of bushings, wheel trains, mounted indices, stud holders, etc.
The shock absorber spring is still installed manually. The expertise of our operators allows us to ensure the quality of our products.
Our milling workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machining technologies to meet the following requirements :
- Small- and medium-volume production of bridges, plates, and complex pieces
- Large-volume production of various movement components
Gear cutting is essential in the watch movement field. It’s a special expertise that KIF Parechoc manages using various technologies:
- Gear cutting using traditional machines and 2-axis CNC machines for medium to long production runs.
- Gear cutting using a lathe to meet the highest demands.
Gear cutting – in association with KIF Parechoc’s other competencies, such as burnishing and assembly – make us the perfect partner for manufacturing wheel trains and subassemblies.
We have a burnishing unit consisting of CNC and traditional machines. Our know-how allows us to meet any burnishing requirement relating to pinions, shafts, barrels, or various axes.
We have several automatic and manual stamping presses, which enable us to meet any requirement concerning blanks :
- Stud holders
- Shock absorber springs
Our polishing department can carry out the following finishes :
- Black polishing of screw heads, indices, etc.
- Bulk polishing
